Changes, Cancellation and Refunds

Once you place your order and payment is made, your coop will be scheduled to be built. If you have a change, we will likely be able to accommodate it if we are notified within 48 hours.

If you need to cancel your order, please be sure to cancel within 48 hours for a full refund. Orders may not be canceled after 48 hours of the order being placed.

If you feel there is an issue with your coop, option or upgrade item, please email photos and let us know what is wrong. We will do our very best to make it right. We cannot accept returns, however, if there is an issue, we will do our best to help.
